WHAT:

Kris Costa will demonstrate his workflow for texturing and detail modeling in ZBrush.

Glen Southern will demonstrate a complete ZBrush workflow, taking a model from concept stages through to final texturing and rendering in ZBrush.

Taron will demonstrate his first Taronite plug-in. EZB-toy establishes a new depth to compositing using ZBrush and After Effects.

BIOS:

Award winning CG artist, Krishnamurti “Antropus” Costa , currently works as Character Lead Artist / 3D Generalist at CafeFX, in Santa Maria, CA. Working in the CG film industry for about 2 years, Kris has participated in productions such The Barnyard (Omation Studios), Zathura and others coming this year. His tools of choice, for both his personal and professional work, are ZBrush, Maya and Photoshop. Kris won the 3D Grand Prize in two of CGTalk’s Challenges “MachineFlesh” and “Master and Servant”, the biggest CG challenges of this kind. He used ZBrush extensively in both challenges. Antropus’ works, texts and interviews are published in several websites, books and magazines. He has also created many free tutorials to help beginners and advanced users learning modeling, texturing, shading, etc. http://www.antropus.com

Glen Southern is a freelance illustrator and modeler from the UK. Glen was an early adopter of ZBrush and has been using it since 1999. He has authored ZBrush DVDs and been an active member of ZBrush Central. Glen’s tutorials have helped many artists get started with ZBrush. http://www.southerngfx.co.uk/

Timur "Taron" Baysal got his first professional project in 1987. He later became a freelancer in 1993 and came to the US in 1998. Taron worked on eight major feature films (animation & visual effects) and in 2004 moved from visual effects production to development of pmG's Messiah:Studio.
