Eric has a background in architecture, 3D imaging and more than a decade of experience in feature film visual effects production. As Senior Producer, he is developing the Gnomon Workshop Digital Library. He specializes in the creation of digital backgrounds and effects for feature films. Eric was formerly at Digital Domain where he created a vast cityscape for Roland Emmerich's The Day After Tomorrow. His credits include Fifth Element, Atlantis, Fantasia 2000, Bicentennial Man, Mission to Mars, Hollow Man, and Cast Away. He has spoken and held workshops at many trade shows and universities, domestically and internationally. Eric teaches Visual Effects at USC Film School and is a member of the Visual Effects Society. He holds a professional degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. |
