Concept Artist/Animation Designer/Director, Freelance. Has directed several documentaries including one on Tyrus Wong, the designer for the Disney film Bambi and one on Doug Chang, the art director for the new Star Wars films. His film credits as a designer include: The Lion King, Kingdom of the Sun, Atlantis, Beauty and the Beast, and Treasure Planet. Shot the stage show, Madugada, a vampire, Flamenco dance story. Wrote and directed several short films, one of which was accepted into the New York International Independent film festival. Is completing his first live action/animation feature called Chatroom. BFA, Pratt Institute, Illustration. Also studied at Art Center College of Art and Design, NYU, UCLA. Also taught at Cal Arts, Pasadena Center for Fine Arts. |
